Create a new Todo


With just a few clicks, you create a new to-do. Define not only the title and estimated duration, but also plan strategically with earliest start and latest end dates. By assigning customers, you keep track of which tasks are pending for which client. This makes your work planning child's play.





Tip
Use drag & drop to quickly change the start date of a to-do. By dragging it to "Overdue", "Today", "Tomorrow" or "Future", the to-do will be categorized accordingly.

Mark Todo as done

Once you complete a to-do, you can check it off with a simple click. It will then be marked as finished and disappears from your active view – keeping your workspace tidy while the data remains available in the background for your analyses.

If you want to completely remove a task from the app, simply use the minus symbol in the bottom window bar. Please note that deleted to-dos will no longer be available for later analyses of your working methods and productivity. I've integrated this option for special cases, but recommend simply checking off tasks to keep your data available for meaningful statistics in the long run.
