Beyond hourly rates, you can store all relevant contact information for your customers – from email addresses and phone numbers to complete billing addresses. This information automatically populates your invoices, saving you significant time when creating bills. You'll also keep all important customer information centralized in one place, eliminating the need to switch between different systems.
If a customer's actual payment rate falls below your set target value, Evolve Tracking highlights both the daily rate and the current payment rate in red within the customer list. This visual warning allows you to instantly identify which clients need attention – whether through renegotiating terms, improving efficiency, or fundamentally restructuring the relationship.
By setting a payment term for each customer, you activate another smart monitoring feature: Evolve Tracking automatically marks the corresponding customer row in red when their average payment behavior exceeds the agreed deadline. This immediately shows you which customers regularly pay late, allowing you to take targeted measures to improve your cash flow and reduce administrative effort spent on payment reminders.
The right sidebar of the customer page provides a valuable business dashboard with all relevant average values from your customer base. These overall statistics give you an immediate overview of your entire business's performance. What's particularly valuable: you can see at a glance which customers fall below the average, allowing you to focus specifically on areas with the greatest optimization potential for your business.
